SIR I AM HAVING A VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION NO [protected],I AM USING THIS NUMBER SINCE 5 YEARS NOW A DAYS VODAFONE COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ON MOBILES TO ME AND ALL OTHER PREPAID CUSTOMER. WHEN WE DIAL CUSTOMER CARE NO .111 AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO 198 ONLY OPTION FOR THEIR PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABE,THERE IS NO ANY OPTION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO TALK WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE. I WAS UNABLE TO LODGE MY COMPLAINT ON PHONE,SO I MADE A COMPLAINT TO VODAFON E CUSTOMER CARE SHOPPING CENTRE KOTA TO START THIS SERVICE . MR. VISHAL LODGE MY COMPLAINT BY NO.[protected] ON 23.08.2012, BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL SAME KINDLY TAKE NECESSARRY ACTION TO START TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON MOBILE, ANY ONE CAN TALK DIERCTLY TO CUSTOMER CARE AND IT MAY BE CHARGED. voda phone service — about customer care service
sir / madai am rajesh ranjan my mobile no. is [protected]. i use vodaphone service from 7 month. i activate the internet pane on my no. by recharge Rs 98/- on 25/02/12 but this service is not running on my no. then i call customber care approx 10 time .but they do not take any responce till now. but they talk rudely & they tell me i cant do any help. and i also cant transfer this call to senior. and now they ristrict my call from care. please take right step according to my complain & inform me.
