Vodafone — not supporting

i am shashank rana and my num is [protected]. on 2nd janurary i have decided
to portable my idea postpaid to vodafone postpaid that is ([protected]) and
i talked to costumer care the send me a field boy who gave me a sim card
and take my documents and security of rs 250 and say that ur number will be
ported in next 5 to 7 days but till now my number is not ported to vodafone
when i call costumer care they told that we have no information about
it.....and say visit to cosumer care ......ma'am i am nt able to go
anywhere......and ur costumer care executives are nt taking my problem
seriously and they keep on saying these words again and again and keep on
disconnection the call again and again.... so plese solve out my problem as
soon as possible otherwise i have to do complaint to costumer forum and i
have a reciept too...
