[Resolved]  Vodafone — outgoing services keep getting barred

I converted my loop prepaid number to vodafone postpaid through MNP 3 months back. Since then they have barred my outgoing services (calls, sms, net) for the 5th time as I have exceeded my credit limit (on the unbilled amount) which is just 900 Rs. In spite of several requests and complaints and paying the bills on time they are not increasing my credit limit. Many customers face this problem because of the bad company policy about placing the credit limit on unbilled amount. Should I file a case now or is this going to stop somewhere?

Dear Service Provider

It's absolute displeasure to have your product and services you provide.



I would like to inform you that i made the payment due to me on January 10, 2009 at your Mumbai Office(Lower Parel Office), which was Rs 4516 and even paid outstanding amount which was 3500, a total payment of Rs 8016( Vodafone Reciept no.1214, dated Jan 10).



Even after this payment my services was barred 4 times in last one week. Every time when i contacted Customer care i got different reply. I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes 2 times.

Although the services got activated 3 times but every second day i met with the same fate.i.e barring of the services.

I cann't tell you how much problem i have faced because of this as i am into sales and most of the times roaming.

I cann't say what action you should take but this definately deserves action.

Vodafone — Barring of services

I was on roaming with my connection no [protected] on 7th of april and my bill due date is 26 of every month.Inspite of that vodafone have barred my services on 8th of april and till the time I was on roaming dt 22 april they were barred. Due to which my company not only suffered aloss of Rs 3lacs but my job was also in problem and my customer lost their trust in me.. Now they have barred my connection and everyday caaling my collouges and seniors which is again a bad act from their side. Kindly suggest me a plan of action towards them.

Vodafone — Outgoing is barred

I own a vodafone post paid connection from Mar 08, Now I'm not satisfied with the service rendered by Vodafone. I paid my bill regularly for the past few months, I draw a cheque for my billing amount for last month April 09, the cheque has been rejected because of the reason Sign Mismatch. But till now i didnt get any proof from Vodafone ned and from my bank. And these Vodafone customer care employees started to bar my number without any prior notification. I dont think so... Is this the way to handle the customer?. They would have provided me the clear calrification for my rejection of Cheque. This is really unethical.
Kindly provide me ideas to take a leagal action towards Vodafone. I hope they do not value the customers.

Vodafone — about barring of my number

sir/mam I am using vodaphone postpaid net connection since last one year and i have paid my all bills on time , I haven’t delayed for even for one day but now the have barred my connection at 20/04/2010 and saying that i have some miscarriage charges left but in the bill there is no chargers are pending from my side and when i say for that the say that pay remaining charges . from this incidence my business have gone in loss of rupees 2,00,000/-. Now nobody is showing interest in my case so please help me.

Vodafone — Barring services to my number

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a prepaid number [protected], I had received sms from Vodafone that I should submit my photo id proof to avail of 50 min Vodafone to Vodafone free by 11th Oct. I could not submit the same and Vodafone has barred all services to my phone telling that according to TRAI rules they have done it.I was not informed before my services were truncated.Please look into the matter and do the needful.
