[Resolved]  Vodafone — Overbilling without any reason

I am deeply disturbed by vodafone postpaid as they overbilled me without any reason.After repeated enquiry I received no solution... I would like you all to please go through the below mail and Assist me.. I am purely not willing to pay the unnecessary bill to the company at any cost.

Hi Vodafone ,

I would like to introduce myself , I Debojit Saha was a part of corporate connection vodafone ( Number :[protected]). As already discussed previously , there was a immense problem with billing . To cut it short i use to also use 98 rs. 1 gb data plan with it. Suddenly , one month I received a bill amount of 2000 showing that i have exceeded the limit of 1 GB which is not the case.

Now , you all are forcing me to pay the bill. I discussed this issue but i came with no solution . it looked vodafone has opened a company for cheating and robbing customers , specially postpaid. After that I never paid the bill , i told to disconnect the vodafone connection all together. But , that does nt happened. what they did , is that , they stopped my both incomming and ougoing facility but they were still billing me...

Now my bill stands , 2706 rs. Now , you all are sending people in my house , to threat that legal case would be posted against me , if i dont pay the bill. person that came to my house ( Joy Mondal - his contact number - [protected]).... And he threatened and told my family members to pay that unauthorised bill within 15th of April , 2013 or legal Action will be taken.


I am thoroughly depressed by the cheating policy of the company , willing to pay the bill and close my connection with this company.

I will pay only 2200 rs. as because after that I was not able to either make calls , or recieve calls, so i wont pay for that at any cost..

Please disconnect the connection[protected] and let me know how should I pay the amount 2200...Should I go and pay in vodafone store ,or through machine...

Vodafone — VODAFONE IS USING FAULTY MACHINES TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS

Respected Madam,

VODAFONE IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

VODAFONE IS INSTALLING FAULTY MACHINES AT ITS STORE OUTLETS WHIICH ACCEPTS BILL PAYMENTS. DUE TO THE FAULTY MACHINES, THE PAYMENTS DONE IN THE MACHINE ARE SHOWING WRONG RESULTS AND THE EXCESS MONEY IS BEING POCKETED BY VODAFONE.

I deposited Rs.300/- against the payment of my mobile phone No : [protected] at a Chembur store outlet of Vodafone but because the machine was faulty the machine registered on Rs.100/-

Now, Vodafone is not refunding my Rs.200/-

WE SINCERELY REQUEST YOU TO BLACK LIST THIS COMPANY AND BAN THIS ORGANIZATION.

Vodafone — Unauthorized activation of postpaid numbers under my name

* The Corporate Plan given by the representative was not that I asked for.
* I canceled my home verification form and wrote reason for "SELF SURRENDER" before the activation of any phone number under my name
* I never appeared for the verification at my work place
* On call back from Vodafone, I specifically mentioned that I do not want to get any number issued under my name.

STILL..

I am getting bills for 2 phone numbers under my name and No ONE at vodafone seems to give me an appropriate answer
