[Resolved] Vodafone — full balance not get | |||
I recharged ny number on 8 auagust,2011 at approx 10p.m with 124 rs. which is full talktime offer for my phone but still i didn't get my full talktime I talking wiith CCE (on 198) regularly on daily basis for my issue and every day they said next 24 hr u'll get their is some probvlem in vodafone's system so that they r unable to give full talktime on 13/11/11 in morning i get a SMS from provider that they r unable to reach to resolve my issue regarding complaint number-[protected] so talk to CCE (at 111) so today(13/11/11) i talk to CCE at 111 which is chargeable 3 times but they r also not resolving they r saying talk to 198,our manager,seniors are not there today,our system is not wrking or call againg.....[protected](nitin jain) Was this information helpful? | |||
