[Resolved] Vodafone — internet service | |||
hi, i am mukesh and my vodafone no [protected]. i,ll recharge rc 96 to take unlimited internet on mobile. first 5 day i'll not use internet then i'll call customer care then he say technical problem in sever, then atfer 5 day internet connect in my mobile now internet not work properly.all the messanger and other internet service not work then call customercare anyone not anwser properly and gose to hold after not to talk with me. last time i'll call to customer care 18th may time 7:30 pm then i talk with mr schin and i'll say my problem then his answer pls hold and 29 minute and not to talk with me its really painful for me to think that vodafone works this way. I have recharged my vodafone a/c by Rs. 21 Inter net pack on 24/04/2013. But my area Dulduli has no internet connection for my vodafone no. My no. is [protected]. When I have contacted vodafone customer care and said to launch a complain, the customer care executive officer disconnected my call and now I can not contact to customer care from my vodafone no. please take a step very soon and extend my inter net pack validity.
