[Resolved] Vodafone — Peremptory blocking my connection | |||
I am a pre-paid customer of vodafone for several years, with cell phone number [protected]. Suddenly, yesterday, that is 11 august 2012 i lost my network coverage. So i went and got my sim card replaced from their gallery at nerul, new mumbai. They promised to activate the card within 4 hours. But since even after 28 hours they didn't activate it, i rang up their customer care, only to find out that they had blocked my number. They wanted me to resubmit my id documents to them. My complaints: 1. If they wanted my id documents again, why didn't they simply ask for them? 2. Even if they wanted to block my number, why didn't they give me the slightest advance notice? 3. How would they compensate me for the tremendous inconvenience caused? Was this information helpful? | |||
