Vodafone mobile — Mobile damage
Hi sir ,This is srinivasa. I bought a Vodafone Mobile (Model 228 FM). After 1 month the screen was damaged . I contacted the nearest Vodafone center 4 times till now(since 2 months). It has 2 year warranty. But they are saying that 700 rs is being charged for the same(It is increased from 200 Rs to 700 Rs now ).I asked about the Changed charge. They are not giving the proper response.At last they said that What ever you can do that you can do. If the service provider is not responsible for the same who will be the responsible.regarding the Charge I contacted the Vodafone customer care and I have the complaint number .
Please give me an advise for the same.
