Vodafone — unable to change from postpaid to prepaid
I have a vodafone postpaid mobile connection which i have migrated from prepaid, I want it again to be changed to prepaid. when i contacted vodafone customer care they are saying that it is not possible, but i am able to find the Postpaid to prepaid connection migration form in the vodafone website.http://www.vodafone.in/documents/pdfs/migrationpost2pre/postpaid_to_prepaid_migration_ors.pdf
