This is second time its happening vodafone has deducted from my prepaid balance charges for internet usage although my internet pack is active.
Hence we should not keep extra balance in main account as they would wipe it out anytime and if you complaint they will give us false reasons and we customers have to end up loosing our hard earned money because of their technical problems.
Iam not at all satisfied with their customer service and they are not at all improving in the service as we facing same problem again and again.
So we should not keep extra balance in our main account as if they charge us for something which we havent used will end up running behind them and at the end of the day will loose more money on calls made for complaints. And looking at their poor service ill have to consider changing operator for myself and all my family and friends.
