[Resolved] Vodafone — poor sales services

i have been cheated by the Vodafone store persons.
they had guaranteed me on the 18th of may 2013, that I will have my rental plan reduced to 175 from 299, and which hasn't been executed in spite of my so many visits to thee Vodafone store.
I have been asked to pay a rental of 497 whereas it should be a round about of 300.
the have caused me immense annoyance and mental trouble and on top of which I have been asked to pay extra.
the person who had routed this request was Mr. Bunty Chauhan who works as a Vodafone sales person at the Bandra Vodafone customer centre located at Hill Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai-400050
