[Resolved]  Vodafone — post paid to prepaid change

i bought my number [protected] as a postpaid connection from a vodafone store.i wanted to change my number to prepaid.so i asked the person in the store. they asked me to wait for 3 months.at first they said me my number is in 174 plan.but really it was in 225 plan.i did not know that.they are not responding to us.and at the 4th month i asked them to change my plan to 25rs. and they informed me that they have changed the plan.but the bill amount i got was 310 rs.. when i asked them they said me sorry your plan was not changed.it was for another number.they are not allowing me to change to prepaid.after a long request they accepted to change my number to prepaid.so i paid the existing bill amount last Friday. 21/06/2013.they gave me a prepaid sim card.when i asked when will my number be changed to prepaid the store person did not respond me.after i asked three times.after that they replied me the outgoing will be barred on monday 24/06/2013.but still the outgoing is not barred and i received a message that my outstanding bill is 207 and it has been mailed to you.it's very irritating act.after seeing the message i called to the store person.but she cut the call.when i messaged her she said that she is the bus.the time when she replied me was 9.08 AM. i don't know when they will go to work.it's a very irresponsible act from them.the speak only to new customers.they do not respect the existing customers.

Vodafone — change of prepaid to post paid

I am having two vodafone cell numbers.
1. A prepaid one...[protected] .. which I subscribe from BPL via Hutch and now vodafone
2. A post paid one...[protected].. which I subscribe for the last 5-6 months.

Now I want to change my prepaid one to a post paid one ..

For the post paid number, just now I have completed all the formalities of verification, etc. (applying leave to my office).

Presently the dealer asks for one more verification for the change request. I told them that just now I have fulfilled all your formalities of verification, etc. and also that I am using the prepaid number for years together..also when I got this number, I have filed all the records as called for and which is available in the data book of vodafone and requested to waive the formalities. I was surprised to hear an authoritative answer, directing me either to comply with their instructions or suffer.

what went wrong with the customer care?
Am I not entitled for conversion without applying one more day leave for verification, etc.
