[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — UNSUBSCRIBE SERVICES CHARGED WITHOUT CONSUMER PRIOR CONSENT | |||
Respected Sir/mam Name: Sandeep Tulshiram Gaikwad Number: [protected] Email: [protected]@gitanjaligroup.com DOB: 21/06/1974 Feeling very downsized and cheated with the hidden/unknown policies of the Vodafone, a brand which promises its presence as a ‘Shadow of its Consumers’ as “wherever we go Vodafone will follow ”, but today writing this mail , I don’t think Vodafone is following its brand slogan in my case! My Case This is to inform you that I have Newly joined in the Vodafone Family and hardly I received 2 bills, & it is been found that my bill includes SMS Charges of Special numbers 52425 ,Total Sms Nos 15, Total cost 45.00 INR which I am not aware of and without my prior consent Vodafone has Debited the Charges ! As I got the bill I communicated with the Vodafone Care Executive and asked about the justification of above mentioned Case! For which I got the reply that these SMS are of ‘FLASH SMS” they are System Generated! I just wanted to know from Vodafone ‘I being a new consumer how can know about your ‘SMS Policies and their Respective Charges’ And I haven’t subscribed for any such ‘Flash Sms’! then why should I pay for this , being such a big brand in the world of communication Vodafone should have a Policy that ‘ Without having the Prior Consent of the Subscriber there should be no Special Service Provided to them or neither they should be charged for the same ! Conclusion: I being an Actual Sufferer wish a proper justification for the above mentioned case and I expect a REFUND of 45/- INR in my next bill. Any favorable act by Vodafone regarding above matter will satisfy me and lead to further continuation of Services, if not then I will be forced to discontinue your services on the same date of your Reply! Infact i am also facing the same issue in this month bill and the amount charged for this special msg to 52425 is very huge Rs.459/- for me... I think this is one of the worst part of Vodafone which diminishes their value in the world of communication, And could anyone help me regarding the same to refund my money.
