Vodafone Postpaid — for changing the post paid connection to prepaid connection

i am Umesh Chandra Sivastava my no. is [protected] I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again.

Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional.

Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid.

I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid.

I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond.

I need a reply as soon as posible .
