[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — Post paid sim not working for 20 days.

Hi,

I have taken a vodafone corporate postpaid sim on the date when i joined my new company ( on 28th April 2009 ), The sim was working till the 9th May without any issues. Then on the 10th the sim card was blocked by vodafone. I had called the coustemer care for the details and they told me that the sim was blocked due to non verification of the address which i had given. They told me to contact the same person who gave the sim to me.They can't do anything. I contacted the person and gave him another address proff. He confirmed that the issue will be resolved. Then after a week still the issue was not resolved, I contacted him again, then he told that the address proff has been lost. I gave another address proff, but still the issue is not resolved.The person has confirmed that he has submitted the proff but vodafone people are not coming to check.

It has become a very big problem as i am not able to contact anyone. On my birthday on the 28th May also i was not able to receive any calls. When my mom was iss she was not able to contact me. I am very very disappointed with Vodafone.Please do reply. I am always awailable on my id.
Waiting for a reply, Please help.

Vodafone post -paid — SIM not working

I have written four mails that my no. [protected] is showing SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED since past two days. I am not able to make or receive calls.

I have no other mobile phone facility around me to contact and i have tried to contact from landline a numerous times on [protected] but in vain no response.

Let me tell you that i am a heart patient and if i need help or emergency i can't.

I am not asking for a compensation nor any other favour or something extra i only require my phone working.

There is no response of the repeated E-mails also.
