[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — DELAY IN CHANGE OF PLAN | |
Dear, I am using a vodafone (hutch) postpaid connection since 2007. My number is [protected]. On 6th of june i went to vodafone store, kamla nagar to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, but got to know that my plan will change from 10th of that month. I was told to come there by 11th or 12th of june for the change. On 12th afternoon i went to store for the change but i was convinced by Mr.Ashish Arora to retain it as postpaid connection with zero rental plan by paying rs499/-. After negotiating they came down to rs350/- after a discount of rs150/-. According to them my plan would have been changed in next three days i.e. till 15th or 16th of june. So that same day i gave request for change of plan and cancellation of clip for which there was a rent of rs49/- because there was no point o[censored]sing that service (clip) for me. My complain is that i had called up the customer care and informed them to cancel my plan of Rs 480 per month as i was out of state. but it was not done so and i was charged for it. Rs 480 is not a smaller amount so that i can leave that. Plz consider it soon and do the needful at your earliest.
