[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — Change of address not updated | |||
I am a vodafone postpaid user since last 4-5 years and my number is [protected]. recently i shifted my residence and informed vodafone about the same but despite request and submission of required documents, me address was not updated. last month i received an sms regarding the submission of documents of proof and address. I submitted the required documents at Vodafone store at Civil Lines, Kanpur but after 15 days i again got a call regarding the same, i again deposited all the documents and filled the required form. Today (27.12.2010), i have again received a call from vodafone demanding fresh documents of address and id..... Can vodafone tell me as to how many times i need to furnish these documents................???????????????????????????????????????????????????????...⇄ Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a vodafone customer since last . Recently i changed my vodafone prepaid connection to postpaid connection but i am not getting the vodafone bill. So my address is ; P/1, Municipal Building, Match Factory Lane, Kurla west, Mumbai - 400070. So please update my address so that i get my vodafone bill of my postpaid connection at my place. Please do the needful.
