[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid Plan Corp Fv 199 — Non-compliance of offer submitted | |
As per the plan, for rental of Rs. 199.00, available talktime is for Rs. 199.00 and GPRS is unlimited for fixed rent of Rs. 150.00. But during initial billing to adjust the credit limit of Rs. 1000.00, Vodafone is calculating GPRS in terms of money and has stopped services as the credit limit has crossed. Talk value is still well below Rs. 199.00. As GPRS is unlimited , its not fair for Vodafone to use GPRS to take into account. By this the company is actually restricting the GPRS services, which is as per plan "UNLIMITED". Vodafone is making customer fool as all these concessions will be available during billing adte only and till then wait with an number in your hand. Very bad experience.
