Vodafone Prepaid — Balance Deduct

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mukesh Verma and i have purchased a new number of vodafone befor 3-4 days ago.
Actually They deduct my 3 Rs. withour any inform they activate unknown service i don't remember the exact name of the service and when i asked to the customercare executive(she is name Pooja) then she told me that this service activated from your sit but i really don't know about it that how is it activated.

Please help me to refund my balance.
