Vodafone Prepaid — Regarding worst Customer Service Support | |
This complanit is against my prepaid no. My No. is [protected]. First of all, clear this thing that Customer Service Support is for customer or for somebody else???? The issue is this, vodafone customer Service Support on my no. is barred from the last 1 month, because of this I was not able to know about the problem of balance deducting in my no. And my Balance is automatically deducting from the last 1 month. Today, when I tried to call from one of my friend's no. then an executive told me that your customer support services are not working. When I asked the reason, he replied me harshly that it will activate from 12th Feb. Even he doesn't have the manners to talk and company says that, this is for customers only. If a cutomer is not able to take the assistance from the customer services, then how the issues can be resolved. Now, I agree that your services are very bad n highly disappointed & that is the reason that I am going to discontinue this no. permenantly. Was this information helpful? | |
