[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF BALANCE | |
Im Rahul & my cell no is [protected].im using vodafone prepaid for the last 3 months.i had 120 rs balance & 300 std sms free in my account on 7th feb 09.in da afternoon i send 35 std sms & my free std sms balance came down to zero.not only dat, my balance came down to 1rupee.i called up customer care somany times & they treated me in a very bad way. at last i went to vodafone store for justice.they said that they have 2 clarify wid vodafone.afterwards they said that i used all my 300 free std sms & 100 chargeable std sms on saturday b4 1300 hrs.i told them to provide the recipients nos.they said they dont have it.how can they say dat i send 400 std sms on dat day without any proof. Net result : time waste & money loss. if they dont provide me proof or refund my balance i'll go 2 consumer court.. Was this information helpful? | |

Vodafone — Unnecessary Money deducted from my Prepaid Account
Hello Sir/Madam..I Rahul Paike using vodafone Prepaid service very Happily.
But now I have got problem during Callertune activation.
My money has been deducted unnecessarily even if i had typed correct SMS and send it on 56789 as per mentioned on your site.
Customer executive has not given satisfied answer.
Its not about my money ..but i want to know where i was wrong.
So kindly revert Back.

hallo i am using [protected] vodafone prepaid for the last 2 years.in my account 1/2/2010 afternoon 1 pm my balance came down 15 rupees&the message is showing thank you for activating SRIGANDH packing without of any requesting my self.i called up customer care so many times.
Net result : time waste & money loss.
so please refund my 15 balence.

Unnecessary money deduction by Vodafone — Deduction of balance in prepaid
Everytime they are deducting my prepaid balance, this time they have deducted 235 rupees.I am very dipress with Vodafone service.
Whenever I am calling to Vodafone care, they are not listening our problem
