[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — service suspended without intimation

I srinivas mailaram my mobile no is [protected] n have been with vodafone for 2years n
my account was suspended on 20th june 2009 at arround 8am, with out intimating me through even message . i consulted vodastore at musaram bagh and himayath nagar in hyderabad. submitted my documents again on 20th june 2009 at himayath nagar voda store at 6:30 pm. i made call to voda customer care took complaint number [protected], no one solved n not given explanation to me and responce was not good and gave me fake information.I'm un happy with dis net work .so plz take a legal action against voda prepaid service.plz solve my problem as soon as possible.2

I have got the solution for this. I called at the Vodafone Customer Care, and I came to know that to again activate the account we need to recharge it with a minimum amount of Rs.200. This has to be done every 6 months in order to prevent suspension in future.

Vodafone — Suspension of Prepaid Services

I am an MNP (mobile no. portability) customer of vodafone (shifted from MTNL).
I had submitted all the documents that were required when i shifted to vodafone ([protected]), in Jan-2011.
Now, after 14 months, i get an sms from vodafone that i need to resubmit all the documents withing 24hrs, or my prepaid services will be disconnected.
Firstly, this is is too much, too little time, as i was not in town.
Secondly, why should i resubmit all the documents when I had fully complied with all their requirements in Jan-2011?

Now, after 3 days, my pre-paid services have been stopped!!!

This is a horrible way to treat a customer!!!
My connection was suspended suddenly for no reason and then on trying the customer care 198 it was not getting connected and the response was 'Account Suspended' Thereafter I recharged my connection with 222 Rs still getting the same.
