Vodafone Prepaid — unnessasry deduction of balance and putting of cals while asking any enquiry with customer care executive

Hi this is vimal. On 18 I called up the customer service staff to activate for ACT 69 bonus, which they never even attempted to do it till 20th. On 20th I manually sent msg to 997 for activating the bonus pack which contains the offer of 2 paise msg to all mobiles and 30 paise call rate to vodafone and 69 for others. As soon as i sent this msg, my 69 Rs got deducted from my balance and the greatest part is that the plan never changed as per the offer plan. My msg and calls are still costing 1 Re. When i call the customer service, I believe the only way they answer our querries is by placing it on hold for long time and disconnecting. Vodafone is not a govt organisation to behave like this.
