[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Request to Credit my balance & cancel GPRS facility

I “Snehalkumar R Chauhan, Anand are holding mobile collection no. [protected] under prepaid system. I would like to inform you that neither I have sufficient balance in my account nor I have download any facility in my mobile so as to why you have given facility in my cellphone

You are therefore requested to reimburse my balance in my cell at the earliest.

I have cheated by Country vocations, and they have charged me 20, 000 rupees and they gave nothing but disappointment...please let me how should i proceed to get this money...Since more than 1 year I behind this pupil
