im vodafone prepaid customer with mobile no. [protected], last month i was on tour of orissa and bengal .on 18/7/2009 to 29/07/2009 . i was wrongly charged while i was in roaming i was making a call in same circle i should have been charged 1 rupee but instead of this i was charged 1.50 paise per minute . i have made many calls during my 10 days visit . when i came to my home circle, i had called customer care told them abt the problem i had faced, but instead of appoligising they responded i was correctly charged with rs 1.50 paise per minute, but as per rules of TRAI i should have been charged rs 1 per local call when i was making a call in orissa itself, because i was in roaming in orissa all my orissa no. calls shold be treared as local calls . even the CSR was not aware with call charges . they told me details are not available right now, call after 4 hours . i had called them two to three times . instead of taking my problem they barred my customer care . it was the worst experience . poor quality and service . uneducated customer care staff high call charges as compared to other service provider very poor and irresponsible staff 50-50 paise wrongly charged in HINDI we call them CHINDI CHOR . i promised my self im not going to suggest vodafone to any of my circle around . it was not a matter of 5 to 10 rs it was matter what really customer expect from your side after paying money Was this information helpful? | |
