[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — MCI charges | |
Dear Sir: My Mom has a prepaid vodafone lifetime connection, [protected]. My mom got sms on 10.09.2009 from 56789 stating as "your subscription to MCI has been activated. Thank You!" and her account was debited by Rs. 30/-, and the due date for the next month for paying Rs 30/ as October 10, 2009, but she has never requested for this service. I request you to please credit the amount 30/- at the earliest. Otherwise, I will have to go to the Consumer Forum. Was this information helpful? | |

my no. is [protected] . i have a lifetime prepaid connection.i had recharged with 29 rupees yesterday to avail the offer in which i can call one vodafone number at 20p/min for 30 days.After 4hrs of recharging i had smsed FF ACT with the number to 144.I recieved an sms saying i am not eligible for this offer few minutes later.Why isnt my number eligible for this offer???
