[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — cant speak with customer care agents

hi my name is robin

my number is [protected]

my card is prepaid

as i was a new user i use to ask doubts bout new plans in customer care

i dont know what went wrong the customer care agents are acting weird and have blocked my customer care number the one which is used to ask doubts about the product and plans

i dont know what to do is this the service they are providing i need immediate action form their side please do the need full

hi.my name is arif i select one family and friends number just 2 days before.than i got message from odafone if i recharge with 300 rupees i'll get 600 local&std mins and also 10, 000 national&LOCAL SMS, than i recharge with 300 after thah if icall my family&friends num wich i select that call cost is charging .50paisa per minut, my plan is go away with out any information.
