[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — CALLER TUNE WITHOUT NY REQUEST | |
I have a vofafone prepaid that I have been using for more than 3 years. I had this experience. I got a recorded message with a caller tune on 31.10.09 playing some song in Kannada.We just cut the phone. After some time, we got a message saying caller tunes activated as per our request. We immediately sent sms to cancel it. But, Vodafone alredy took our Rs.30.00 for this unsolicited service. What do you advise? We want to put a stop stop to these petty silly marketing techniques. I am totally agreed with your feelings because i am also facing this problem & mailed my problem to cusotmer care on dt.16.08.2010 but till date they have not given any reply to my complaint.
I got the message on my no.[protected] that a caller tune is activated on your no. but they don t told me that tone is in bengali. before that surprisengly they activate va-Femina tips on my phone, now i am facing female beauty tips daily in morning & evening and after every call.
THIS IS A VERY HARRASED SITUATION FOR A PUNJABI GABRU.
