my mobile no. is [protected]. I opted for FF service on one vodafone no. but even after getting the conformation the call charges are not revised, wen i call the CC they said u are given 1 p/sec call from company and u need to recharge top up of 33 to have your FF pack active again. I recharged online with 33 n received the confirmation sms, but even then my call rate is again 1 p/sec and the FF service is nt active. When I calld The CC 2day I.e 23rd Nov. they said u havnt recharged wid 33. when i forced them by telling the date n time i.e 21st nov 9:23 am they said yes u hv recharged and they cut down d phne wen i again called they said no u recharged wid 32 nt 33 n cut d phne i again called nw dey said u recharged wid 35 n same cut d phne. I told dem 2 connect me 2 Higher Official bt dey only put ma call on hold with NO reply 8 times.
