[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid Connection (Lifetime SIM) — Unnecessary Charge | |||
Respected Sir/Ma'am I've taken Vodafone lifetime prepaid sim in October 2009. I was getting messages from the Company that according to Governments policy you have to recharge a minimum of Rs 200 within six months but no time limit was given that after this date your number will be invalid.Then I recharged it on 7th April 2010 for Rs 222,but my number didnot get the balance.I calld the Customer Care.They told me that your number is already being discarded by the company so your number is not recharged.I went to that shop from where I've recharged my number.He said that the balance have been deducted & the Transaction Id is--MP[protected].Then I again called the Customer Care then that Customer Care Agent told that the number is already discarded by the Company & your balance has also been deducted & it'll not be returned & next day I got the message of Invalid Sim.Sir/Ma'am although I've thrown my SIM but its wrong that if your number is not valid then how the balance have been deducted for that number.Its totally wrong.Please Do the necessary action.
