[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Entire balance ripped off in the name of internet charges

On the 11th of Aug 2012 my internet scheme of 2GB of vodafone stood deactivated because 1 month had passed. Instead of sending me a message, informing me about end of due date of the scheme, the scheme continued without auto-renewal or any msg informing me of the de-activation & my entire prepaid balance of 448 was ripped off. The next day I get a msg that your balance is -93.75 so please recharge quickly. When I call the customer care & ask them why was it not informed to me that the scheme was about to end as it is a normal part of their responsibility, I didn't get a suitable reply. I also asked them to specify the time duration between which the balance was deducted as I had soon activated the internet plan as soon as i got their message. In reply they say, they don't have a system that can tell them that & so they wouldn't give me a clarity on that either. When I asked them to transfer the call to a senior, they ask me to call in the morning. I mean, one just cannot rip off the entire balance without informing me n i might have some 15 schemes active on my phone simultaneously. So does it mean i have to keep a record of all these schemes myself or ill just give an opportunity to these guys to eat away my entire balance without notice. I need a sensible reply from these people for taking away my entire balance without informing me. This is completely unacceptable & if I dont get to know the details I'm sure to change my service provider n never recommendvodafone for that matter.
