[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid Mobile Services — unauthorised debit in the balance

I had downloaded two themes from VODAFone live. After that my balance is showing Negative 22.42.
due to that ,I had recharged my sim with Rs 111. but after recharging ,I didnt got any confirmation message, and when i am trying to call to my mob number from another mob, its saying temporarily disconnected, Please help me regarding this, and suggest me what i need to do for Making incoming and out going calls active in my mob?. unfortunately by mistake i entered wrong pin code so my sim got rejected, but immediately i got new duplicate sim. what the problem is still the network is not activated, so please as soon as possible please activate my sim.

Hi, I am advocate Tomar from Pune and I had swithced over to vodafone from Idea and took pre-paid contact no. [protected] in the month of Sep. 2007. Thereafter again I took another mobile pre-paid contact no. [protected] on 17th Dec. 2007after paying a handsum amount of Rs. 650/= by way of cash from the same dealer on the same date and delivered all the papers from whom I purchased earlier. Now to my surprise, my services are not activated till today and after speaking to customer care centre with Mr. Kadam on 26th Dec. 2007 in the morning and giving my earlier reference of my number, my services are not activated and this amounted to deficiency in service apart from cheating to innocent customers by resorting to malafide and restrictive trade policies and for this the company and its dealer both are responsible. Now I have decided to switch over to idea and to fight for justice against this company and its dealer by initiating proper and appropriate legal actions in due course of time at its own consequences.

Vodafone — unauthorised debit in the balance

On 23.07.2008 my mobile no. flashed a message that your caller tune is downloaded sucessfully and 17 rs deducted in my balance.and then after some time my balance is again deducted rs 30.Without being demanded this type of thing is being given. It can be said that the company is just stealing the credit balance from the account

give information about, i have one new sim card in which one scheme applied & i cannot use that so tell me it on mo.[protected] or on my id

i lost my mobile, so how i can take da contact information of all numbers.

I want to stop callertune for my NO [protected]. I don't know how it start. I try to stop by SMS, but I found sending fail. so please stop it base on this mail.
