Hi I am are Retailer of vodafone company , I have done wronge Recharge on vodafone Customer, Detail are given Below

Wrong Number of vodafone customer- [protected] (UW[protected])
Retailer Flexi Number - [protected]
Recharge date - 26/1/11
Recharge Amount - 350

plz reversal the amount ASAP,,,,,,

In Vodafone services online for prepaid costumers there the bonus card charging Rs.25/- we can get Local & STD calls @40p/min. But yesterday when i recharged for Rs.25/-, I have just activated for Local Vodafone 55 mins only. I think you need to change that bonus tariffs for every plans and ofcourse for Rs.34/-, it is there online that 15, 000 national sms wil be activate, but that was also wrong. Your happy to help customers is not at all proper. Very unsatisfied...

The person whose no is this names as vishnu as per i found on internet and he is not responding to my call.
