[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Harassment in the form of submitting id and address proof repeatedly | |||
I am a prepaid subscriber of Vodafone since last few years. Since last two years, I have observed that under the pretext of "BHARAT SARKAR KE NIYAM", I am being asked to submit my id and address documents frequently. Since last one week, I have again started receiving SMSes from Vodafone asking me to submit my id and address proof. The last time I submitted my id and address proof was in March 2010. Earlier also, I have submitted id/address proof copies couple of times apart from the one at the time of purchase of SIM. I do not understand why they harass genuine customers like us. They don't seem to have a system wherein they can filter out genuine customers like us and do not bother us to submit the documents every now and then On visit to Vodafone store, nobody bothers to provide any satisfactory reply to my query as to 'Why should we submit the documents frequently', maybe, nobody is aware because they just say "BHARAT SARKAR KE NIYAM". I do not think BHARAT SARKAR is interested in harassing genuine customers like us. Furthermore, when asked to furnish the copy of TRAI Circulars, the representatives at Vodafone Stores ask us to write to the back-office. Emails to Customer Center, Nodal Officer and Appelate Authority are never replied except sending an AUTO RESPONSE Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Again and again asking of id proof
To Whomsoever It May Concern,My Vodafone Mobile no. Is [protected], I have already submitted my Valid photo I.D Proof Of My Own twice at VODAFONE STORE , KADAPA But I again got the message from vodafone to do the same. Vodafone is again & again asking me to do the same and they had dissconnected my NO. I AM NOT SATTISFIED FOR THESE TYPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY VODAFONE.
