[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Barring of service without any cause after portability from Idea | |||
I ported my prepaid mobile from Idea to Vodafone recently, but I am surprised that despite promises of better services and 10 reasons why go in for portability to Vodafone, they have stopped my services outcoming and incoming calls. I need to get the services restored. I have paid them the due charges for portability and submitted the necessary documents. The number after portability worked for about 5=6 days but stopped working abruptly, now I cannot make a complaint to 198 or 111 from this phone. My phone number is [protected]. I recharged the phone with Rs. 125/- on 11 June and received a message from the company for having activated vodafone live on my connection on 15 June, which was got deactivated by me. After this the services have been stopped by the company. I can hope that some wisdom will prevail and the company will think in terms of starting back service to my connection. What ever the problem, I cannot know it from the customer care telephonically because they have stopped calls even to 111 and 198.
