Vodafone Prepaid — aging asking for photo,address proof documents after one year of service. | |||
All the relevant documents while taking connection was submitted. it is not understood how the Vodafone company is asking again and again to submit the same documents with photo. First the service is poor and now harrasing the customer. My no. is [protected]. Please clarify. In the mean time my out call was suspended. i am not interested to submit the same documents again. Vodafone — Address Proof Documents
Hi,I have submitted my Address Proof Documents as per Vodafone Company request on 9th Oct 2010 at their Vodafone Shop in V C Plaza, Kukatpally Hyderabad for my mobile number[protected]. But, still they are sending messages and calling me to submit the documents. When I called to their Call Center, they say their system shows as my documents were not being received. When I told them to contact Vodafone V C Plaza for my documents, they say they can not contact them.
It is really rude and unethical way of doing business.
Can you please look into this issue and close it.
