[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Pathetic Network and Customer Support | |||
I have been facing a lot of issues with Vodafone services. Earlier I was having issues with the Black Berry Services provided by Vodafone. However, from last 2 days I have been facing a new problem. I am having issues on calling service. Either I am unable to listen to the caller or other person is not able to listen to me. I have sent several emails and made many calls for Black Berry Services related problem to Vodafone but nothing happened. Now I am really given up. I have wasted my time, money and peace of mind while using the services. The customer support team is very pathetic. They don't listen to the customer and don't even respond back. I have been promised call back many times. However, nothing happend. I guy pinged me on my Black Berry Messanger after a week and asked me that my BBM services are working or not. I want Vodafone to refund me 1000/Rs. I have emails with me which have been sent to all the nodal officers of Delhi, Chennai and Punjab when I was in roaming. I was having problem in roaming also but vodafone support team did not bother to resolve the problem. I want a immediate refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone Prepaid — Pathetic customer care
Vodafone has got pathetic customer care service. I have called around 15 times in last 4 days for a couple of problems and got to know that they don't even track the complaints properly.. It was really sad and shocking to know that if you are putting 2 or 3 compliants, they just consider one... and forget the other 2. When I asked them to transfer the call to their seniors, I was put on hold for approx. 8-10 mins and finally the supervisor was not available and call got disconnected.. the same thing happened continuously thrice. So, we can well assume how alert the senior people are in customer care of vodafone.!!! if these problems persist i am afraid that people would stick to this brand atleast not me!!! sir myname is rahul lohiya in di.jalaun. jab mai deelar help line call karta hu tab mujhe sahee rasponce nahee malata hai bana puree bat sune hee cakk ko disconect kar dee jatee hai kabhee kabhee call 1 ghantee der mai connect hotee hai my number is [protected]. shop name is shikha mobile gallery konch
I have provided my contact number to you in the above link. I have changed my sim card as asked by your vodafone store guy. I am waiting for its activation. contact me on my alternate number/email id or wait for activation of my sim card..
I have not received any call or update on this??????

Vodafone — Pathetic Network
Im Krishnan of Bangalore using Vodafone network. From the time I bought the Vodafone SIM, inspite of repeatd & frustrated complaints, the saga continues- Poor Network. You might not believe me; I keep my mobile next to my room's window so that I get some network. Such is the status of Vodafone's network. Nevertheless they are good in Marketing; but where is the Marketing of Service? The question cannot be answered by the Vodafone Team. "Irresponsible Company"...
