[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — sim blocked without intimation | |||
I have a prepaid connection number [protected] for quite few years.This Number has a life time incoming faclity activated and was in use till 18/11/12.Yesterday a top up of Rs 333 was also made o this number.Today I am not able to use the number as the message shown is "Provisioned SIM" and its is not working nether incoming or outgoing.Also the balance is not shown.Please help to resolve this issue and activate my number. Prepaid — without intimation made Sim inactive
Dear Concern,I am really annoyed with the response which I got from call center even if they are not able to resolve my problem thing is that I have been using this no since 8 months and now
Onward it’s been barged I don’t know why???????
Although I have submitted all document that was required at Nehru place and in spite of that it’s not Working neither I am able to calls nor getting calls.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP, revert to me.
