[Resolved]  Vodafone — problem in activation & deactivation of net pack

My no. is [protected]. i am having trouble in the activation & deactivation of Rs.2 , 20 MB Gprs pack. I have this problem since 25 days. When i do the message for the activation of it then the reply comes that 'your request is still pending' . Many times i make call to the customer care then they says 'your problem will be solved in 4 hrs but never solved till date.
