Vodafone — Problem in using data service

Vodafone — reg: service problem

Dear forum!
I am sampath Enukonda,residing in hyderabad my mobile no: [protected].
i have been facing problem with vodafone , i have been using this number for more than 5 years.but now a days , my mobile service providers are troubling me by their service, i am mentioning few of my problems oer hre:
1. with out my knowledge they are activated few offers and deducted my balance.
2.If i call to their customer care they are not giving me proper information and some times disconnecting my call.
3.personally i also have gone their stores but they are not solving my problem.
4.Finally i frustrated and decided to change their service , but they are not providing me Mobile portability number.
5. For one week they are not connecting my call to customer care also.
6. i also sent mails to their office.
please resolve my problem and i want my portability number, i am understanding to whom i should report, please concern my problem as soon as posible .

i am using vodafone corporate Sim which is not compatible with my phone & i am continuously complaining till last month but there is no response from your side its create a lot a problem for me please solve this problem as soon as possible.
