[Resolved] Vodafone — Problem not get resolved | |||
Dear Sir/Mam Since Morning I a trying to take out Duplicate Bill, but Vodaphone website is not working. I called 111 & post a request for Duplicate bill processing on my email Id. Then again I called up 111 ,First time Mr. Inderjeet (149787) and ask help from him, First of all he is not able to understand my Problem, I ask him to transfer my call to Senior but he say he is not able to transfer the call. After that I call 198 for complain and talk to Ms. Mitha, she say systems are not working so she is not to file a complaint, I ask him to transfer call to Senior she tranfer the call but it get disconnected automatically.Then I again call 198 talk to Gurjeet and ask to tranfer callto Senior he tranfer the call but it get disconnected automatically.same maner I talk to Ms. Pallavi, Ms.Rajvinder, Mr. Jaspreet. Then I have word with Ms.Pallavi (Floor Incharge) she said my Duplicate bill request is not Generated & she genrated the same at that time. Than I requestto discontinue my services then the call is transfer Ms. Pooja she check the all status but my problem was as it is.
