[Resolved]  Vodafone — Every month they are charge unwanted in my Postpaid Bill.

Respected Sir/ Madam.

My name is Mr.Mayur Ramesh Kamble and my Postpaid Corporate mobile number is [protected]. i am using this number last 2yr and 2 month,but last two month they are charge wrongly, but i am not send any ISD sms on the number[protected] ther are charge @Rs.5.00 per SMS , Sir Rs.5.00 its not big amount in our life hence service is provide properly. when i enquiry about extra bill related to the Vodafone Customer Care , the Agent are not understand , call transfer to IVR without my permission . and using abusive language on call also TL. I have recorded each n every abusive call
