[Resolved] Vodafone — No service assistance & blatant systems failure | |||
I have been trying to get my 5 phone lines transferred from one of my company's name to another, for the last 2 months. In the process the Vodafone Store manager stopped returning my calls and broke any sort of phone correspondence. I had to send my office boy to the branch every time I had to reach him. Then I called the customer service, to complaint against this and facilitate the pending job. Since then it has taken another month and I have spoken to executives, team leaders, floor managers and even the manager. Every time they say they call back. they never do. Finally they admitted they don't know what the problem is and that they are unable to process my request and maybe I should try speaking to the Nodal Officer. I have been trying the Nodal Officer's number for a week and a half but it is always busy. I have sent him a message but I have received no call back. I feel like this is what is called 'Manmani'! There seems to be nothing I can do to get service from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
