[Resolved] Vodafone — Deducting money every day without reason | |||
Hello, My Mobile number is [protected] complant number C[protected] From the past 5days Rs5.33 has been deducted from my mobile account balance without any reason. I had launched a complaint regarding the same to the customer care. The customer care said that some service is active and and told me to send sms CAN VL 16 SMS 144 I have send this sms more than 4 times.But still my money is getting deducted everyday.I want all my money back.This is fraud by vodafone because of which I am suffering.I need an explanation as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

I didn't activate STARTOP service on my number .
But customercare excutive is not giving me clear alnswer and when i request them to find out right answer thne she (pinkky Garg ) hold my call and transfer to other which was tapped call .
please look at this matter and kindly revert my money back .
and request to your excutive give proper anser without call cutting

bishnu prasad panigrahi.i have taken a connection vadaphone.my no is [protected].whether i have recharge then afterr some time they have deduct my money by un useable reason.i have complained nearest retail conter.from the time of i have suffer this problem.soplease have a right step against vadaphone service and returned may sum credit tomy vadaphone account where as cut dnd service i face same problem
