[Resolved] Vodafone — Account Activation under Corporate Scheme | |||
To start with this is very dis-appointing and frustrating that no one is even bothered to reply to the complaint I have made for last 13 days. I have applied for a vodafone connection under the corporate scheme and its been now more than 1 month i am waiting. Intially a false verification report was generated and then I was asked to pay Rs 500 as deposit. I have now made a deposit of Rs 500/- and have still not heard anything from anyone and I am now frustrated with the way Vodafone is proving services to our company. I will now be requesting our compensation and benefits team to remove the Vodafone Desk and stop promoting any vodafone connection as the service is now miserable. Such a nasty service they provide to customers...they even put my call in rejected list so that i will not be able to call customer care and when called from other number to customer care they just transfer the call to IVR. Vodafone provides such a bad customer service i tell u..if this happens i think evreyone will shift to someother service provided rather than going through this torture.
I badly want to talk to someone who can fix these guys.
