[Resolved] Vodafone Punjab — Caller tune | |||
I am sorry to say this but you guys (Vodafone) are really a bunch of disgusting cheaters... I'm an unfortunate customer of your ([protected], Punjab). Now in Delhi. This morning you guys, i have no idea how deducted my balance, Rs. 30/- for some freakingly stupid caller tune. Personally, I don't give a damn about your foolish coller tune services! Eat it you cheaters! You guys sitting ducks over there have no idea that what i had to go through owing to your cheating. I called you Delhi customer care (111, 50ps/3min) and heard all those ivrs speech before i could actually talk to some humane. Oh why won't that machine lady keep speaking ! after all every one wants to be heard.. specially when they don't have to pay for it. You guys are stupid and that's why loosing the chunk of customer base to better competitors out there. I'm just unfortunate to be trapped with you. Anyways, i got some stupid no ([protected], punjab helpline) no from you Delhi representative and then was told that i would be charged some Rs. 1.5/min for talking to a machine... and if that irritating, unwanted speech is kind enough then would get a chance to complain. I might be loosing my point here, as one does when he is really angry. But i can't help it... Finally i ended up spending another Rs. 14 trying to register a complain and get my balance back but , as it may sound , and as i am a fool to spend another Rs. 14 for refund of Rs. 30. (which i was told by your so called executive, Mr. Manoj from punjab, will not be refunded). You guys are basically a trap. You say "Happy2Help", your help is a trap. First you deduct the money. Most of the wiser persons out there won't go around asking for a refund and ending up wasting another 15 rs. and time..... but it's only because of those wiser lot's that you crooks are still out there in the open. Cheating every day, to thousands of customer you British looters, you are worst than our corrupt Netas. Oh yes! Don't get me wrong!
