Dated on 07.01.2013 I filed a complaint but no response till today. My Telephone no. [protected] put on hold since 03.01.2013 even no payment dues and it was told on 05.01.2013 to start telephone with in 48 hours. Dated on 10.01.2013 telephone from Sh. Mandeep Singh Sodhi received through telephone no[protected] at 10.48 a.m. stated to file ID of Smt. Chander Kanta Bansal. Sh. Mandeep Singh Sodhi had told to me that due to his mistake, my no. was put on hold due to switch over the other no. [protected] and apology for such mistake and requested to me that the no. will be started with in 48 hours. Dated on 12.01.2013 I have telephone at 8.07 p.m. in order to known the restart of my phone no. but making foul to us saying I am doing. His email address is mandeepsingh.[protected]@vodafone.com. Dated on 12.01.2013 I have telephone at 08.11 p.m. through phone no. [protected] to coustmer care 111 who has assured to correct the problem with in 48 hours. May I know that the vodafone company is so IRRESPONSIBLE to look after the coustmer since 03.01.2013 whose telephone hold since then due to the default of vodafone itself, its employee and vodafone stores operating under you.
