[Resolved] Vodafone — Refund of Money Rs 33 | |||
Hello sir , Sub:- Regarding de-Activation of Data Pack of 100 MB and refund of money Rs 33 . With due respect I have to state that I have been using My VodaPhone Number [protected] from last 12 years but now a days the service of VodaPhone is going worst that I had ever experienced .From last two Weeks VodaPhone service provider deducting my money on the basis of Activation of Data Pack of 100 MB three times although I hasn’t activated that In fact Your Customer Care Executive Manju Rani is Responsible for activation of this service. So this is the request to you that kindly de-activate this Data Pack service and refund the amount of Rs 33 back on [protected] that you have deducted otherwise I have to forcibly change our service provider finally . And In fact I had to drop my Plan of Converting this Pre-Paid account to Post Paid. I hope you will consider my complaint seriously and resolve till today.
