[Resolved] Vodafone — Refund of rs. 11 | |||
I had sent a message can data11 to stop auto renewal of 11rs. Data plan on 01/01/12, time - 01:02 am to 144 after asking it from the agent but on 02/02/12 data plan was autorenewed & 11 rs. Were deducted from my prepaid account. Therefore please solve this issue asap otherwise i will discontinue the vodafone services or use mnp. Highly dissatisfied with your customer service. Also, Agent promised to provide callback from supervisor to sovle the issue but didn’t got any call back.
