[Resolved] Vodafone — Regarding plan change | |||||
Dear Sir, I have postpaid connection of Vodafone mobile service. Mob no is [protected]. On this no since very long Rs150 package is activated but in June 2013 service provider change this package without any input from my side even they did not inform me about plan change, I knew this when I got the bill of this month which is higher than previous. When I called customer care who did not let me know how this service is activated on my no. Please help in this regards. Vodafone — Plan changed
I was a customer of Vodafone prepaid service.My plan was changed by vodafone without any instruction to me. Originally my plan is monthly recharge i.e., Rs.888, but now changed life time. Hence, I requst to change my plan as previously as early possible. My Mobile No.[protected]
